Mapping Culture campus gallery Artists: Robert Naish Bettina Matzhuhn November 12 to January 8 Opening Reception: November 12, 5:00-7:00pm In November 2010 the Nanaimo Art Gallery will be featuring the exhibition entitled "Mapping Culture" with locally based artist Robert Naish and Vancouver-based Bettina Matzkuhn. The exhibition of works with models displays how space and landscape are interpreted through a variety of media. Matzkuhn embroiders maps of ancient worlds and modern voyages while Naish uses the map in his paintings of urban gridscapes.
